1. Information We Collect and Why

Collected: name, contact details (phone number / email), preferred date and time, and inquiry details.

Purpose: receiving and confirming bookings, and responding to inquiries. The information is not used for any other purpose.

2. Sensitive (Health) Information

The note field on our booking and inquiry forms may contain health information such as symptoms. Under Article 23 of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act this is sensitive information, and we collect and use it only with separate consent, given apart from consent for other personal data.

The note field is optional. Declining this consent places no restriction on submitting a booking or inquiry.

Purpose: preparing for your visit and responding to your inquiry, and nothing else.

3. Retention and Deletion

Collected information is deleted without undue delay once its purpose is fulfilled (or retained for the period required by law).

4. Processing and Third Parties

Booking and consultation requests on this site are received and stored on our behalf by the provider of the website operating system we use.

Request details (name, contact, inquiry) may be forwarded automatically to an internal notification channel we designate, so that we can respond promptly. We use a business messaging tool for this; the destination is configured and managed by us, and only our staff can view it.

Beyond the above, personal information is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via the contact below.
